FREE NOVELLA - RACAL Red

My first job after graduating from Bowling Green State University was as a department manager at a retail chain called Best Products. While the Toledo location where I worked was a standard “big box” building, several other stores in the chain featured strange architectural flourishes—including one with a literal forest planted on its roof. This three-part novella imagines how such a unique design might serve as a sanctuary during a mysterious apocalyptic event.
